Gandy graduated in 1989 from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Prior to joining MaximGroup, Gandy worked at Federated Insurance for 13 years serving as division manager, and at WM Rigg for over a year working as a marketing representative.

Gandy lives in the Houston-area with his wife, Karen, and two young sons. He is an active member at Gateway Church and enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams.
